A Note from our CTMO

Hey Everyone! Here's a progress update from the last few weeks:

Bugs Focus:

Our team has made great progress in increasing our automated test coverage, reducing the number of bugs or regressions added to the platform moving forward. We've resolved a mountain of bugs in the last 3 weeks and will not stop!

DevOps/Infrastructure:

We've changed our DNS to Cloudflare for better infrastructure. Transparently, there is still a lot of work to be done in this area and we'll continue to dedicate resources and remain focused on these improvements!

Improvements:

We're expanding our new pipeline to work with the PetotumVET module.

We don't have an estimated release date at this time because we want to test thoroughly before releasing — we're dedicated to making the best vet module for Petotum!

Progress on petcare cart- The refactor of the cart has been a complex issue and it remains one of our key focus areas this month—we've made progress but it is not where we want it to be.

We're aligned and committed to best in class stability and reliability while also retaining a rapid pace of development and improvement in the product

I know I've said this before, but I think it's important to say it again: Our goal is one platform, with extremely high reliability and performance, to make the petcare more productive & have better service.

With all of your feedback, support and the plans we have for expanding our engineering team, I'm confident we'll get there! We'll continue to share our progress updates and hope you'll continue to give us feedback on where we can improve.

Grooming enhancement:

- Petcare can set pricing based on size which is the height or weight

- Petcare can make it compulsory for the pet parent to key in their pet weight or height during booking.

- Petcare can make it compulsory to the pet parent to key in their vaccine validation date during booking.

- Petcare can add more free text at packages details
