We want to create a holistic experience – not just for the cats, but for their hoomans as well. A place where cats are well taken care of and have fun at, while their hoomans are away in a peace of mind.
Vaccinations, Flea & Tick Treatment, Sickness
All pets must be fully vaccinated and the produce proof upon registration. A suitable flea & tick treatment must be applied prior to admission or upon check-in. If at any time your pet is found to have fleas or ticks, we may provide the appropriate flea or tick removal and you authorize us to provide such service at your additional expense. All pets must be free of any skin infections or contagious diseases.
General Admission Policy
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any pet that presents the appearance of illness before boarding, such as lethargy, discharging or inflamed eyes, coughing or repeated sneezing. We will not hold such pets for any period, and they must be immediately removed either by the pet owner, or transported to a vet at the pet owners’ expense.
Bedding and Toys etc.
Any bedding provided by the pet owner must be approved by us before entering our facility. A maximum of 3 items may be brought from home and owner has to ensure all items are collected during check-out. We cannot guarantee items will not be misplaced during the cleaning of cabins.
Food Supplied By Pet Businesss
Any dry pet food supplied to us by pet owners must be in a proper air-tight container and labelled clearly with the pet’s name.
Rates are charged per night regardless of time of arrival (within the operating hours) not necessarily amounting to 24 hours.
Any required veterinary treatment will be at the pet owner’s expense. Payment for treatment is due at the time of collection or return of the pet. In the event the pet owner cannot be contacted before treatment, the course of treatment shall be at the sole discretion of Camp Kitty and the Vet. We will contact our panel vet depending on the nature of the illness or injury.
If you need to cancel your reservations, please do so at least 2 days prior to your arrival date. We reserve the right to charge late cancellation fees amounting to 50% of the boarding rate.
All reasonable care will be taken but no responsibility can be accepted for any loss, injury, or death of any animal in our care.
Acceptance of Terms
A copy of these terms and conditions must be read and signed by pet owner wishing to engage our services. By signing this agreement you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms.
