SUPER PAWer AFFILIATE PROGRAM SPECIAL TERMS

Eligible Affiliates:
The Super PAWer Affiliate Program (henceforth "the Program") is open to affiliates that meet the following criteria:Have a website or platform that aligns with the values and focus of PAWer Insurance. Demonstrate ethical and responsible online practices. Agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:Promoting sexually explicit materials, discrimination, illegal activities, violence, or any content contrary to our values. Engaging in fraudulent practices, including the use of automated clicking tools, deceptive software, or fraudulent quote requests.

Territorial Limitations:
Affiliates may market and advertise the PAWer Insurance products within the territories of Malaysia, in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Use of Materials:
Affiliates may use PAWer Insurance marketing materials and tracking links for promotional purposes, but shall not modify, manipulate, or create derivative works from these materials without written consent.

Independence:
The relationship between PAWer Insurance and its affiliates is that of independent entities. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

Confidentiality:
Affiliates agree not to disclose confidential information, proprietary data, or intellectual property belonging to PAWer Insurance. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, product information, and financial data.

Intellectual Property:
Affiliates are granted a limited license to use PAWer Insurance's tracking links and marketing materials solely for the purpose of identifying the affiliate's source of promotion. All rights to PAWer Insurance materials and intellectual property remain with Petotum.

Termination:
This agreement remains in effect until terminated. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time. Petotum may also terminate this agreement at its discretion.

Remedies:
Petotum reserves the right to withhold reward or take legal action if affiliates engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.

Anti-Spam Policy:
Affiliates must comply with all relevant anti-spam laws, such as Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. All promotional emails must include an opt-out link. You may request approval of email content before sending.

Fraud:
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using fraudulent methods to increase clicks, engage in click-fraud, or misuse tracking links.

Indemnification: Both Petotum and Etiqa General Insurance Berhad and its affiliates agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the affiliate's actions.

Affiliates expressly acknowledge and agree that their participation in the Super PAWer Affiliate Program does not confer upon them the status of an insurance agent or representative. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from representing themselves as insurance agents or making any false claims of agency on behalf of Petotum & Etiqa General Insurance Berhad.

Any such misrepresentation is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of the affiliate's participation in the program. Petotum & Etiqa General Insurance Berhad reserves the right to take legal action against affiliates who falsely present themselves as insurance agents.
